Refund Policy

We strive to provide fair and transparent refund processing for our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Cancellation Refunds

✅ Full Refund: Cancellations made within 10 seconds of booking are eligible for 100% refund.

✅ Advance Bookings: If a customer books a ride for a later time (e.g., tomorrow), they can cancel anytime before the scheduled day and still receive a full refund.

⚠️ Partial Refund: Cancellations after 10 seconds but before driver arrival may qualify for partial refund (50–75% based on circumstances).

❌ No Refund: Cancellations after driver arrival or during the ride are not eligible for refund.

Important Notes

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

For ride quality issues or service complaints, please contact our support team within 24 hours of ride completion.

Technical issues during payment will be automatically refunded within 24 hours.

How to Request Refund

Step-by-Step Process:

  • Go to 'My Rides' section in the Vanakkam Auto app
  • Select the cancelled or completed ride
  • Click 'Request Refund' button
  • Select reason for refund request
  • Provide additional details if required
  • Submit the request
